Process principle:


The pressure gauge of the all-plastic precision filter is installed separately from the exhaust valve, which is easy to operate and will not cause the pressure gauge to shake when exhausting. The integrated UPVC connection joint of the all-plastic precision filter makes the pipeline connection more convenient and reliable, preventing water leakage caused by the different tolerances, materials, and expansion coefficients of the threads of the stainless steel filter and the PVC thread. The design of the all-plastic precision filter uses thread and port positioning O-rings (standard parts) for sealing, and the sealing performance is reliable. Processing principle:

The all-plastic precision filter is made of imported high-quality UPVC material and is injection molded at high temperature. The surface has no welds, is smooth and beautiful, and has no refracted light when exposed to light. It will not produce light pollution and harm the human body. Because of the special material, it can be widely used in acid and alkali corrosion and filtration of oxidizing media in different industries and fields. Uneven tightening of screws and aging and deformation of rubber pads can easily cause water leakage; the bottom and top filter element positioning and compression in the all-plastic precision filter adopt an integrated design, making the filter element easy to install and compress without deflection; at the same time, the water distribution method is from the bottom up to the center to the surroundings. The water is distributed evenly, and the filter element will not be deformed by the impact of water flow, causing internal leakage, and facilitates air discharge.
